Whereas Clowning Around, its owner and its employees has had no part in the manufacturing of the bounces, jumps, slides and other related products, nor, has Clowning Around, its owner and its employees any part in the operations of the same products, nor has Clowning Around, its owner and its employees have any control over said products from the point of manufacturing to the point of any operations, it is therefore understood, accepted and agreed by any purchasing party that Clowning Around, its owner and its employees has NO LIABILITY for defects in the products, their design, and, in any operation performed by the buyer and/or its employees and operators should any injury, mishap or claim arise of the use of the products sold through this business. Buyer assumes operational liability upon delivery of product(s).
